Your proposal, signed in a minute

Build the proposal, send the link over WhatsApp, and get your client’s signature — with a certificate and an evidence trail. No printing, no scanning, no waiting.

How it works

  1. 1

    Build the proposal

Title, client, items, and terms. The document takes shape as you type.

  2. 2

    Send the link

A link of your own, to send over WhatsApp or email. You see the moment your client opens it.

  3. 3

    Get it signed

Your client signs with a finger, on their phone. You get a verifiable certificate and the document is sealed.

A signature that holds

Electronic signature under Brazilian Law 14.063/2020, with the same evidence trail the major signing services use.

Sealed document
The moment it is signed, the content is frozen and gets a SHA-256 fingerprint. Changing a single comma afterwards breaks verification.
Evidence trail
When it was sent, when it was opened, from which IP and browser, and the exact time of signing. All recorded.
Public certificate
A page anyone with the link can open to confirm the document has not been altered.

Frequently asked questions

Is this signature legally valid?

Yes. Brazilian Law 14.063/2020 recognises simple electronic signatures where there is evidence of authorship and integrity — exactly what the certificate records: name, email, IP, browser, timestamp, and the fingerprint of the signed document.

Does my client need an account?

No. They open the link, read the proposal, and sign. No sign-up, no password, no app.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, and that is where most people sign: the link opens in the phone browser and the signature is drawn with a finger.

Can I change the proposal after sending it?

No, and that is on purpose. A proposal that changes after it is sent is not a document. While it is a draft you can edit freely; once sent, the content is frozen.

What happens when the trial ends?

Creating new proposals is blocked until you subscribe to Pro. The proposals you already sent stay accessible, and the certificates you issued remain valid and verifiable.
